Small Group Training (10 person maximum)
These group training fitness classes are presented in an intimate setting so you can receive more personalized attention, support and expert guidance from a fitness coach without the cost of personal training. A varied schedule encourages cross training and allows for every session to become unique so participants can avoid training plateaus and boredom.
This high intensity interval training class consists of full body strengthening exercises combined with intense cardio bursts and minimal breaks resulting in increased muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. Improve your athletic performance and blast away calories with powerful exercises designed to improve athletic strength, balance, agility and coordination.
Utilizing the TABATA protocol of 20 seconds intense work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 repetitions, participants will be pushed to their limit! This interval training class is endurance based and includes full body cardio strength exercises that will increase athletic performance, VO2max and metabolism while quickly decreasing body fat.
A modern, unique and motivating pre-choreographed muscular strength and endurance training program that targets every muscle group through integrated functional strength training. Move as your body was meant to move using the natural resistance of gravity to become stronger, more powerful and more coordinated in this fast-paced workout that rocks to original music by Grammy winner Kike Santander.
This unique class is truly dynamic. Through the integration of necessary core strengthening exercises with dynamic balance challenges participants will strengthen the foundation of their body by performing exercises specifically designed to improve posture, core strength and endurance resulting in a reduce risk of injury.
